The Dixon & Blake scholarships was established in 2018 to recognize the value and need for services provided by students attending Technical College (cosmetology, culinary, HVAC, etc.,). The goal of this scholarship is to assist young people attending technical school with the cost of pursuing their trade.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduating high school senior or currently enrolled Technical College student
- GPA 2.5 or higher.
- Enrolled fulltime in a Certificate or License program
- Applicant must enroll as a full-time student at an accredited Technical College
- Scholarship Award amount: $1,500.00
- Essay topic – What is your passion and/or drive for your chosen field of study. (minimum 500 words typed and double-spaced)
